Layer Manager 1

V1.1 notes: This is an early prototype for clone support, v1.1 doesn't add any new blocks or anything like that. I'm simply trying to make sure clones work. It would mean a lot if you tested this update and gave feedback. (Make sure to read the documentation to learn how to set clones up) 

If you want to apply layers to clones, use the Lm.cloneid/ftso variable, since you need to use a clone id to apply layers to it

LM1 is a tool to make layer management for turbowarp easier. There are instructions on how to set up, debug, and what each block does in the project file that has LM1
